An eight-session programme
A defined path with a known number of sessions, not an open-ended conversation. At every point you know where you are.
Online psychologist visit
The intake form is completed before the call, and your test results are shown to the psychologist only if you permit it.
Crisis detection
If your answers or messages show signs of a crisis, guidance on urgent helplines is shown. That check runs on your own input text as well, not only on the system's output.

Each session has its own content and exercises, and your progress is recorded along the way.
Common questions
Can anyone other than me see this information?
No. Unlike other sections, which attach to family members, this data belongs to your account alone. Even the psychologist sees your test results only if you allow it, and system administrators have no access to its content.
What should I do if I feel very unwell?
