Get startedWhat is included
A plan matched to your level
From beginner to advanced, accounting for where you train (home or gym) and the equipment you actually have.
Coach approval before you start
As with nutrition, the plan does not become active until a coach has reviewed and approved it — which matters especially if you have an injury or a movement restriction.
Session logging
Log each session you complete so your consistency and progress over the weeks are visible.
Body measurements
Record weight, waist, hips and body fat percentage and see them change alongside the plan.
How it works
Record where you are now
Fitness level, goal, available equipment and any injury or limitation.
Receive the plan
Once the coach approves it, your weekly sessions arrive with exercises, sets and repetitions.
Train and log
Tick off each session and update your measurements so the next plan can be more precise.
Common questions
Do I need a gym membership to start?
No. When you set up your details you say whether you train at home or at a gym, and the plan is built accordingly.
What if I have a heart condition or an injury?
Please consult your own doctor before starting any training programme. Enter your limitations when you set up, so the coach can take them into account during review.
