Terms & Informed Consent

1. Storage of health information. Your health record, self-reported metrics, and medical documents are stored encrypted (both at rest and in transit) on secure infrastructure. This storage is essential to providing SalamatYar services.

2. AI use of your record. To provide personalized answers and interpretations, SalamatYar's AI will access your record (metrics, medical history, medications, and lab results). Before sending to the AI service, your identifying data (name, mobile number) is removed or replaced.

3. No use in model training. Your data is never used to train AI models.

4. No sharing with third parties. Your information is not shared with any person or organization without your separate, explicit consent.

5. Service improvement with anonymous data. Anonymous, non-traceable data (with no identifying information) may be used in aggregate to improve the quality of SalamatYar services.

6. Educational nature of responses. Chatbot answers and lab interpretations are for educational and informational purposes only; they are not a medical diagnosis or prescription and do not replace seeing a doctor. In emergencies you must call 115.

7. Responsibility for self-reported data. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter (metrics, history, medications), and service quality depends on its accuracy.

8. Family account. Adding an adult member to a family account is done only with that person's own approval, and each member has a separate record and data. Recording information for children under 18 is the responsibility of the parent/legal guardian.

9. Right to delete and export data. At any time you can export a full copy of your data from Settings or request complete deletion of your account and data; deletion is performed within at most 30 days.

10. Changes to the terms. Any change to these terms will be communicated to you through the app before taking effect, and your consent will be obtained again.
