Create an independent record for a spouse, child, parent or anyone else. Basic details cover height, weight, date of birth, sex and blood type, and each member's data is kept fully separate from the rest.
Conditions, medications and allergies
Pick underlying conditions, surgeries, family history and allergies from a ready list or write your own. Each medication can be linked to the condition it treats, so you can see at a glance what it is for.
Vital signs and health score
Record blood pressure, weight, pulse and temperature each time you measure them, and watch the trend. Your health score is calculated from that data and lists the contributing factors openly, not just a number.
Encrypted medical documents
Upload prescriptions, lab reports, ultrasound and radiology images. Files are stored encrypted, and the free plan includes 200 MB of space.

Common questions
Does creating a health record cost anything?
No. The health record, vital signs, conditions, medications and reminders are all on the free plan. Paid plans are only needed for more storage, extra lab interpretations and the specialist programmes.
Will I lose my data if I change phones?
No. Your data lives with your account, not on the device. Sign in with the same mobile number from any phone or computer and the whole record is there.
