Low Vitamin D: More Common Than You Think
تیم سلامت یار · 3 min read

Vitamin D deficiency is one of the most common nutritional gaps in adults, especially for people with limited sun exposure.
Our bodies make most vitamin D from sunlight on skin — indoor lifestyles, sunscreen, and covering up mean many people are deficient even in sunny regions.
Common signs include fatigue, bone and muscle aches, and low mood, though many people have no symptoms at all — a blood test is the only reliable way to know.
A level above 30 ng/mL is usually considered sufficient. If yours is lower, your doctor can determine the right supplement dose and duration — never self-prescribe a high dose, since too much vitamin D can also cause problems.
Educational content only — talk to your doctor about the right supplement dose for you.
