How it works

1. Pick your location on the map

   You mark the exact spot on a map first; the written address complements it rather than replacing it.

2. Choose a time and pay

   You pick a time window and the cost is shown clearly before you confirm.

3. An approved provider is dispatched

   The request goes out to providers in your area. If nobody accepts within 24 hours, the order is cancelled and refunded automatically.
